Home of the Millennium Earl and Noah Clan, the Ark is -- on the outside -- a very large, black cube that hovers high in the sky. On the inside, is a large Mediterranean city made up of white buildings with a large tower in the city's center. While it is able to move about the globe freely and appear and disappear from Earth's plane at will, it is currently situated in the United States of America, specifically in the District of Columbia.
